Fill in flash is when you need more light in your photo, it automatically gives it to you. It's really good for when you're in the dark, you use it and it adds more light to the photograph. It brightens up your photo more then if you weren't to use it. You would need to use it when either you don't have light or you need light. It is very useful and your picture just comes out even better. My pictures show a before and after affect. One with no flash and one with flash. So you can see the difference between the two. As you can see fill in flash is a very useful tool that you can use when your in need of extra light!
